Bloemfontein Celtic found themselves in an bad situation,is really sad news for Bloemfontein Celtic and its supporters considering what they have been going through for quite a number of past seasons.

Things have been really tough for this Bloemfontein PSL team, that is playing such beautiful game.Bloemfontein Celtic has been banned from participating in the PSL next season. They are also banned from signing any new player for two consecutive seasons just like Kaizer Chiefs for the past two(2) season.

This is according to FIFA club regulations, says Patrick Tingyemb's lawyer Johnny Precious Ogba.Bloemfontein Celtic has been in fights with its former captain and goalkeeper Patrick Tingyemb for quite some time now,It all started with Tingyemb as captain representing his teammates in salaries dispute against his then club.

The situation ended up with him being dismissed from the club he served for eleven seasons. In those days the management of Celtic accused him of having disrespected the club management by storming into the office and shouting at the management, demanding his and his teammates unpaid salaries.

According to his lawyer who is based in the UK, Johnny Precious Ogba, his client was kicked out of the apartment apparently paid for the players by the club, together with his pregnant wife.In a very hurtful manner.

Just as Siwelele,as Bloemfontein Celtic is affectionately called by its fan thought they were done with the issue of Tingyemb, they found out that Tingyemb has taken the fight to the higher level....FIFA,His lawyer revealed on Metro FM's Thomas Mlambo's Ultimate Sport Show that Bloemfontein Celtic owe Patrick Tingyemb R3 million.

Therefore his lawyer further stated that according to FIFA club regulations if a club owe one of its employees for the period of the whole year up until December it can not participate in a league the following season.Unless it pay the money owed to the employee.

It is for that reason that Bloemfontein Celtic won't be able to participate in the league the next season unless they pay the money owed to Tingyemb. That will mean automatic relegation.Together with the above sanction, Celtic is also barred from signing any new player for two consecutive seasons.

Well, all is not lost as for now.According Tingyemb's lawyer if Celtic pay the money, the ban will be lifted there and then once FIFA is notified of the payment.

Tingyemb's lawyer went on to stress that him and his client don't want to see Celtic suffer the results of not paying the money but rules should be upheld. He said his client was treated so bad by the club he loved so much.
